POLICIES & PROCEDURES
At Skin & Sculpt Aesthetics, all policies are designed to respect both your time and ours while ensuring a smooth, consistent experience for every client. By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, clients acknowledge and agree to the following policies:
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations, rescheduling, or appointment changes.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours, as well as no-shows, are subject to a fee of 30% of the service cost or $50 per occurrence, whichever is greater. Clients on prepaid packages are still subject to this policy.
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in the inability to rebook future appointments.
Late Arrival Policy
We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in cancellation of the appointment and will be marked as a no-show.
To ensure full service time, please arrive promptly. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time without adjustment in price.
Refund & Service Policy
All services, treatments, and retail products are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. However, client satisfaction is important to us. In the event a client is not satisfied with a service during an active package, services may be adjusted or substituted for an alternative service of equal value at management discretion.
Package Policy
All package pricing is valid only at the time of purchase.
If a client chooses to discontinue a package after payment has been made, any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase will be forfeited. Remaining value will be converted into service credit of equal value.
Service credit may not be used toward retail products and holds no cash value.
Results & Treatment Disclaimer
Results vary based on individual factors including age, medical history, genetics, lifestyle, and consistency of care. No specific results are guaranteed.
Some treatments may involve mild discomfort, including sensations such as tingling, warmth, tightness, or light stinging.
While complications are rare, clients acknowledge they are responsible for notifying their provider immediately should any adverse reactions occur.
Photography & Marketing Consent
By receiving services, clients consent to before-and-after photography for treatment tracking purposes. These images may also be used for marketing and promotional purposes on social media and digital platforms.
Client identity and facial features will remain protected unless facial services are being performed and explicit consent is provided.
