Tisa Hook / Founder

Tisa, LME, was born and raised in sunny Los Angeles, California, and moved to the beautiful Orlando area in 2013. Her passion for skincare began while working as a spa receptionist at the Waldorf Astoria Resort and Spa in Orlando. Inspired by the world of wellness and beauty, she decided to pursue a career in medical aesthetics and became a Licensed Aesthetician in 2015.

Shortly after earning her license, Tisa joined a busy med spa in the Dr. Phillips area. Within just one year, her dedication and expertise earned her a promotion to Lead Aesthetician and Manager. In this role, she oversaw staff operations, collaborated closely with Nurse Practitioners, conducted weekly training sessions for continuing education, and earned certifications in Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) therapy and body wrapping. Her hands-on experience covered a wide range of services across the medical spa industry.

After 4.5 years in that position, Tisa took a leap of faith and launched her own business—Skin and Sculpt Aesthetics—in August 2020. Since then, it has been a beautiful and fulfilling journey of growth and empowerment.

Tisa’s mission is to redefine what self-care looks and feels like. She believes it should go beyond occasional pampering. For her, true self-care is a lifestyle—one that delivers long-lasting, effective results and helps individuals feel confident, radiant, and beautiful in their own skin every single day.
